If the app is telling you "low voltage" that means that the vehicle battery (what the controller draws it's power from) has low voltage. That would indicate that the battery is possibly bad and can't hold a charge or your alternator is not able to charge the battery. The Echo # C51180 does not have an internal battery so that would not be the issue.

Actually your best option is going to be a weight distribution system. A WD system not only helps with the rear suspension sag but it also helps distribute some of the trailer's tongue weight up to the front axle of the vehicle greatly increasing the braking and handling performance while towing.

The Curt # C15320 that you referenced should fit your 2006 GMC Savana with a Knapheide Body if your mounting holes have a 40 inch center. Although the outside measurement is relevant, the more important measurement is the mounting hole center to mounting hole center which is a standard 40 inches.

As long as you have your standard passenger seats, or perhaps benches, you have a passenger van. We don't have a way to look this up using your VIN. There might be a round connector at the rear of your 2018 GMC Savana Cutaway which you could plug a Hopkins 7-way part # 30955 into but the cutaway models aren't all the same unfortunately.
